Balance "room smelling of carrots" Pe increase
So, a room smelling of carrots and a blessed potion of carrot juice equals +5Pe. Regardless of current value or potential max. My current char went to 35Pe by finding 3 rooms with carrot smell in the ID. Potential was 27 before.
Proposed solutions:
-have Pe increase from that effect only up to potential max, or
-have a hard cap of how high your Pe can get this way, or
-make such rooms not appear in the ID, therefore making their number finite in a game
