In the construction plan to build a bridge, the list of requirements has:

* 1 bag of the tinkerer
* 1 bag of the tinkerer

Why would you need more than one 'bag of the tinkerer?'

the only thing that I can think of is that one bag of tinker does not contain enough tools needed to create the larger or more complex constructions. in which case two would be needed. (maybe an extra hammer makes all the difference. lol.) Of course this could just be a bug.
