Possible for there to be a door on top of the ogre cave stairs
If you create a door on top of the future location of the ogre cave stairs and then receive the ogre quest, the door and stairs will occupy the same space. In ASCII, the door is invisible. In tiles, both the door and the stairs are displayed.
