Selected w< and go stuck waiting for Y/N
Using R56 (with steam) I had two ways up with distance wind (last level of UD). Selected w< and go stuck waiting for Y/N with everything blocked. The last message: Do you want to move to the You hear a distant wind. (x4)?

Jochen recent fix to input prompts also fixes this problem.

This problem is still present as of R57 (screenshot uploaded).

Also got this bug in R57. I killed a mob near the down staircase, stepped downward to Dwarftown, pressed w>, and got a similar message as the others (something like "Do you want to move to the You hit the orc chieftain and kill him.") Now the game is semi-hung and won't accept any game inputs, but it will accept NotEye inputs. Note that this was after the ogre quest so there are two down staircases, which seems to be the cause of the problem.

Some examples:

Things that do work:
- ctrl-m opens the NotEye menu and the menu works normally. Can use this to change from tile to ASCII view.
- F10 works to change from tile to ASCII view.
- Mousing over characters still shows name, experience, etc.
- Holding shift still shows name, experience, etc.
- Switching the minimap to FPV and pressing arrow keys still makes the character look around (but none of the dwarves move or anything).

Things that do not work:
- Any game commands I've tried, whether keyboard or mouse

I'll leave the game open for now in case there's any troubleshooting that can be done.

Update: Left the game minimized, came back the next day, pressed some buttons to confirm they still didn't work, pressed ctrl-m to make sure it still worked, exited menu, mashed the keyboard in frustration...and got the quest menu to open. Everything works now and the game is back to normal. I'm confused but not complaining.
