Sell prices for female PCs are nonlinear with Appearance

As a female merchant, the selling price of an object goes down when my appearance score increases above a certain threshold. Shouldn't it be the other way around?

Bumping this issue because I still observe it in 3.0.2.

Playing a female high elf wizard, in HMV shop. Comparing sell prices of ancient mummy wrapping:

App 18: offered 14350 gp
App 20: offered 14845 gp
App 23: offered 14630 gp
App 25: offered 13840 gp

The buy prices of blessed poisonous broadsword seem to work normally:

App 18: 1719 gp
App 20: 1638 gp
App 23: 1515 gp
App 25: 1433 gp

I think this might be due to shopkeepers trying to avoid giving you more money than what they will price the item at.

Sounds plausible. It would otherwise be an easy thing to exploit.

But I think it still is a bug, as appearance should affect the merchant's margin on his goods, not the acquisition price :)

Still present in 3.3.3 (Steam): female dwarf, selling the sword of Nonnak to Waldenbrook:

Ap:7 -- 14,637gp (AMW equipped)
Ap:15 -- 17,129gp (nothing equipped)
Ap:19 -- 15,679gp (pendant of beauty equipped)

while I don't expect linear behavior, it's odd to me that the price would decrease, instead of hit a cap, by gaining appearance.
