When you enter the location and presses F1..F7, monsters do move.
When you enter to the the location and presses F1..F7, monsters do move. This issue not work, when you enter Terinyo.

This would be a nice candidate for the next release. The turn count doesn't advance but the mobs all get a move after non actions like Fkey for tactics or checking inventory.
