If you 'l'ook at a pile of items where the top item is plural (e.g. clothes, bracers, boots, etc), then the item underneath will have extra capitalization, for example: "Clothes [+0, +0]. An Iron ration." or "Gauntlets (-1, +0) [+0, +1]. A Heap of 2 pairs of bracers of regeneration."
