Playing a level 20-ish ratling ranger with Long Stride but no SLB or similar, I noticed that walking through the snow on IC:1 gave the usual "You stomp through the deep snow", but my movement energy cost was showing as the usual 952.

IIRC it is usually 1200 so would expect it to be 0.95 * 1200 = 1140?
