Came across a nasty bug today
My house had a power failure today while playing Adom Deluxe edition and I got this message when trying to continue after electricity came back. Fortunately my character was only lvl 15. Is there any way to recover him?

I'm sorry to say that there probably is no way of recovery. It seems that the hard disc data got corrupted during the outage (probably because it was being written at the moment power failed). There is really nothing we can do about such rare cases :-(
