The only place with a few trees in the North-Western corner of the chain is The Ruined City. Thus if you need to build a bridge in that part of The Chain it could be usefull.

A guaranteed wish for an artifact would be for a potion of uselessness if you don't have one already. A bit late in the game though. I wish somebody could find an earlier use for said potion.
