Closing in the last of my classes need to complete the set is Healie, the Hurthling Healer. Not really much to say about this game... healers are a good class with a solid skillset, and once you can get a decent weapon they are pretty strong. Hurthlings are definitely my favourite race I think... archery, food preservation, cooking, easy to please deity and thrown rocks make this class a huge favourite for me. Played a lot with missiles this game, and thanks to being Raven born, got the RCT just in time for the ToEF, along with the ring of immunity from grave digging... ACW died in maybe 4 hits. Saved Khelly, crashed, saved him again, found Wyrmlance in the Casino. Cleared a couple lesser vaults of black dragons on my way down the stretch. Hit a greater undead vault on D:46. Ugh... preserver is there, but the corruption would be really epic. Decided to go for it. Buffed up my Wi using potions and my gear, and dumped ~40 charges into a blessed wand of fireballs and went crazy with range 3 fireballs. Looked okay for awhile until someone summoned 5 great karmic wyrms. Yikes! Actually, it wasn't so bad, they helped clear a lot of the other monsters out with their breath attacks (since I was immune). Killed them with missiles. Opened one of the secret rooms and had 4 more great karmic wyrms summoned on top of me. Cleared everything, got Preserver, Black tome, and Crown of Leadership. Picked up Ironfist on a surge of power a few levels down. Killed archmage easily enough, got Skullcrusher from uselessness and killed all the balors for the win.

On my way out of the chain, I killed the great water dragon. Never found the troll chief that Thrundarr wanted for his first quest.
