Ultra?

Ok Human Fighter - best char Ive had so far.
Ive got the crown and medal of chaos, completed the temples, first kill beggar. crowned lawful with grod, level 36 now
But getting corrupted really really fast.
SHould I risk an ultra?
Can I get the filk quest now - Just cant see staying alive till level 45 w/o being turned into a WMoPC
If I try to kill Sharad Waador, does he drop Needle?

You have 6 wishes and 9 SoCR available to you. Corruption removal shouldn't be an issue.

Sharad-Waador does not drop Needle if you kill him. But you can kill him after he gives it to you for the experience. As long as you aren't a troll, you should be able to get to level 45 after killing Sharad-Waador and Barney alone. [edit]Although having 200 speed isn't helping... you only get about half the experience you should be receiving.

Oh, and you should be wearing the crown of leadership instead of that helm of mental stability. Both give confusion resist, but the crown is much, much better.

And the Medal and Crown are stashed in the pacified big room.
[Edit]Kind of went overboard in the quickling tree...
And barney gave me a level, and so did Waador. I meleed him and read 3 blessed scrolls of luck afterwards...
still, only level 39.

AFAIK no, that's the requirement for Filk quest.

OK, Barney and Waador are both dead and Im still only level 39

Theres a greater undead vault on D45 - but dont want to tangle with whole bunch of emeperor liches at once.
SO how do I get to level frikkin 45 now.
The quickling tree seems to have been a bad idea now.

I must say I was stunned by the number of greater molochs that appeared.
I did the wish in the wilderness. And there was a greater moloch behind every frikkin tree...
