orcs normaly see in darkness perfectly but when you play an orc you dont see a thing in the dark

But you take damage when doing so and your enemies aren't so stupid that they will pass the river if it hurts them.

And yet they'll happily stand around in darkness whilst you keep chopping bits off them with a rusty knife...
