So here's my feeling about Mindcrafters.
They need melee till they get greater telekinetic blast. They need mindcraft once they got that.
What i mean is that i could not kill anything on d:50 in less than 4 hits and getting hit alot on a 130 ish DV. Mindcraft resolved that by killing in 2 hits, and i could properly have killed the whole D:50 if i hadn't wanted to do that quickly.

A thing i realised is that it is very easy just to pray for PP. And that's useful, because unlike a wiz, you can't take it out of HP. When i say easy, it's maybe because i tend to sacrifice useless artifacts such as the rune covered trident. That's useful for piety bonuses.

But the drakeling ability to get starved whenever one wants was very useful. I guess that's why they're the best...

Why would you sacrifice the rune-covered trident when you could just use it instead of your crappy spear? You could have probably 1-2 hit killed balors with it at your strength/proficiency.
Any time a player finds Executor and fails to use it, the RNG kills a cute dog.

Hoping to win with every class, doomed. Archer, Barbarian, Bard, Beastfighter, Druid, Elementalist, Farmer, Monk, and ULE Priest down.

I'd rather wield trident which [while blessed] would deal with most stuff in less than four hits. 130DV is overkill at any rate. I'd rather have 70DV and 70PV.

@Jellyslayer Shield? Ok, i would've fought with the rune covered trident if i hadn't been scared by the diamond golems bypassing my PV before i got it.
@Soironna. They hitted me through 130DV. Frequently. First time it happens.

DV seems to have an upper limit that's at least partly based on luck. I did a test awhile back with a 300+ DV, 0 PV character, and he would still occasionally get hit by goblins (doomed you seem to get hit about 1/6 of the time even with overkill DV; for regular it was about 1/30 IIRC). I think it's like in D&D that a natural 20 is always a hit.

Sure for diamond golems I'd use phase dagger + shield (well, I'd just construct ammo, probably... or just ignore them if I could), but for more regular monsters, and particularly for things like balors, RCT will work very well. In general, though, I think you're likely to take more damage having to hit monsters 4 or 5 times while having 130 DV than only hitting them once or twice with 80 DV...
