A four day wait until he is totally active? Well, I guess that would be ok by me... but if I get killed by a bus before my next round I am totally going to hold Al responsible.

If you get killed by said bus, everyone will have to wait
two days before you get bumped to the end of the line,
and two more additionaly days when your turn rolls
around again. So please, out of consideration for everyone,
be careful around busses.
