We should also consider using the corrupted spear, there are a lot of corruptions that would benefit us like the ape one, corrupted tissue, pv corruptions etc. Most corruptions beat down on wizard stats.

2/ Getting us corrupted deliberately would definitely count as chaotic - the risks completely and utterly outweigh the benefits.
Uncontrolled teleportation makes the whole weakest link concept a complete crapshoot - a PCs movement around a level is one of the more obvious things under a players control, and the ways in which the layout of levels can be used to ones advantage is a large part of skillful ADOM exploration. Random teleporting just means the last person to avoid teleporting next to a dangerous monster wins.
Poison hands: last person to starve wins.
Stiff muscles: no longer able to run away from anything, etc etcl.
Corrupted tissue would be great, some would be ok, many would be utterly rubbish.
Corruption is great in the normal game, when you can use pots and even scrolls to tune which corruptions you want. Without any means of removal though, it basically reduces the weakest link to a game of chance.

Hi, I have managed to get a netbook with linux and working wifi. I'll now try to install ADOM and see if I can play my turn.
OK. Although with difficulties related to this netbook and this linux distro, I have managed to play my turn. I haven't died. On the bad side, we now have less homogeneous piles of rocks. On the good side, WE NOW HAVE SEVEN LEAGUE BOOTS. You won't be able to say that I don't take care of our char!
Report:
10000: Carefully checked inventory, skills, etc. Didn't make any changes.
10100: Opened tension room door. It's full of wolves, and a werewolf. I don't find like facing all of them with this quite weak char so I walk to the stairs while killing a couple.
10124: After like 5 minutes trying to discover how to get a ">" in this netbook (Shift+Fn+Z, and Fn+Shift+Z wouldn't work, go figure) I go down the stairs.
10200 or so: exploding runes trap destroys some equipment, but nothing essential.
10359: injured to 8 HP by some monsters, I retire to a peripheral room to recover. I hear lots of slurping sounds.
11000: recovered to 29 HP (with some interruptions by monsters). Going to explore more.
11060: killed two large spiders, ate a corpse for poison resistance.
11268: after killing many more spiders, found stairs.
11328: killed dark elven priestess.
11400: killed many more spiders. Found apple, unID'd potion.
11466: advanced to lvl. 11. Damn, is there any useful skill here? Improved Appraisal, Literacy and Pick Pockets, they seemed to me the least useless for the ID (OK, there was find weakness but the improvement was something like 1d3, not like it is going to make a difference).
11510: more spiders. Found ration, key, gloves.
11715: found worn boots. Put them on, and sure, they are seven league boots!
11872: at last, I have killed all the spiders.
11900: found fire drake in western room. Fled.
11920: started walking towards stairs.
11960: found doppleganger. She is immune to my rocks and I don't really want to melee so I dance with her a bit and then flee.
12000: finished.
The situation right now is as follows:
- There is a doppleganger to the right of us but facing her is optional, as the downstairs are to the left.
- There is a fire drake in the northwestern room.
- The upstairs are in the dark room (not like you're going to use it, but well).
- We have enough food, have seven league boots, not many rocks though.
