    Got it. Will play during next 12 hours. Hopefully sooner rather than later Great find with those SLBs.

    Killed doppler with gold. Tried out other armor, dumping worse stuff than our current version to become unburdened. Decided to uncurse that darn shield so as to get +1 PV on the char and since there's a high chance of losing that scroll to the RNG anyway. Added some ammo by going back for rocks left on the floor previously. Got uncursed gauntlets from rat duelist, need to find out if they're of peace or not. Now I feel slightly bad about wasting that scroll. Might take a chance with them at the end of the turn, unless I can get a humanoid to equip them until then Gotta stop play for now, will continue later.

    EDIT: Just got back home. Very drunk. Can't play. Sorry guys, but I don't wanna commit sucide,so I gonna sleep on it. Talking like HotChick right now. Who is probably Gut or Soirana. Anyhow, I'll continue tommorow. Just not sober enough right now...

    Okay, I'm dead now. Got a post full of details prepared, but that would reveal info as yet unknown about the char. How much info shall/must I give out? Death was on another level, one you won't generate anyway.

    Dead in an awesomely stupid way that wasn't even a dangerous situation at all.

    I15, 23487 xps, 13928 turns.

    I died by kiteing a large gnoll, a damn gnoll, and I even had good hp left and nothing blocked me or anything. It was more of a "whatever OKAY ADOM "y" just stfu about the stupid reload message thats stopping me from moving".

    Wow guys, way to keep dying. For those of us left, do not be fooled by the awesome play of myself and Al-Khwarizmi, our PC sucks, and care must be taken if you are to survive as far as the chaos rounds.

    I didn't die. But I totally could, if I wanted to. Here is how my turn went:

    I didn't want to play with doppelganger - two players before me died so I really didn't want to put myself in any danger. I just avoided him and descended.
    12465 - met a ghost. Before I could kill him, he made our char older by 5 years
    12467 - dammit, trapped door. I'm glad that it was sudden flash and my face didn't explode
    12529 - Omgomgomg, a gorgon! I hate gorgons, I so hate them! I killed it with two zaps of wand of lightning. We're out of offensive spells.
    12646 - Fought a wraith, felt exhausted for two times because of it (also, lost some blood but it's not as important
    13084 - Met a doppelganger lord. He reduced health of our brave merchant to 3hp. I had to pray, then I ran away(13113).
    I haven't found anything interesting on that level. Extended turn count by 3, because i pressed w5 to wait for healing one time too many. Sorry about that.

    Well, now it's morning and I'm sober again, time to get back to business.
    Got fair feeling about gauntlets, try them out, +1 PV
    Dropped the other ring mail and the bloody robe.
    Wait around to heal myself.
    Descend to I:14 on ~300 turns.
    Kill large kobold and get potion of cure poison
    Feeling fair about the robe.
    Had a nasty scare with a ghost but killed it.
    Kill pixie and dark elf archer, collect tiny quarells and more gold.
    Kobold dropped an uncursed short bow, sticking with rocks though.
    Run into a necro and kill him off. Hope he hasn't summoned elsewhere.
    Ate large ration due to hunger.
    Collected bones from skeletons the necro apparently summoned.
    Ran off level after being chased by a hill giant and a berserker prince.
    Now on I:15, waiting for HP to regen.
    Random increase of Pick Pockets and Detect Item Status.
    Tension room message.
    Magical icy blast coming at me from thin air. FUCK. Gut's bane, the ogre magi. Webbed him and ran for it.
    HUNGRY! now, only got one loaf of bread left. Scared shitless of ogre magus. Descending again.
    Fuck, a hill orc sergeant. Dancing around him using coward movement bonus and SLBs.
    Stone snake pairs up with orcie and slows me down.
    I drink the pot of extra healing, descend yet again and wait.
    Explore around for food, idiotically open a tension room full of all sorts of nasties. I'll add a screenshot of those.
    Ran like the wind out of there, webbing a corridor to enable my escape.
    Trapped between an iron golem and the monsters coming from the tension room. I look rather screwed.Dead now.

    @Jack:

    Better the devil you know - repeat descending just to escape the next deadly monster often leads to swift death - where's the control? You had the magi webbed, but then you ran? You think it can cast its bolts whilst struggling in webs, and is magically immune to rocks and coins?

    @Irinka: A gorgon? Already? Gah... Sometimes I hate the ID... what ever happened to nice kobald tension rooms where stacks of arrows and uncursed bows come from? Nah, lets have gorgons running around instead... good job on ah ah ah ha staying alive, staying alive/
