The phrase 'go down' is american slang for oral sex. It makes sense for a one-legged prostitute
to 'go down', as that is her job. Furthermore, of course she would use only one leg as she
squats, as that is all she would have. Lowering one's body weight on one leg isn't that difficult,
as gravity does most of that job easily enough, but getting back up is a different matter. Few
humans can stand from a full squat using only one leg, and considering she would have most likely
held the position for some time before ascending, it would have made the job all the more difficult.
It makes sense that the best way for her to stand would be to put her hands on the floor and
push, thus the 3 legs to 'go up'.

Hmm, I suppose theoretically she could just grab hold of something to help pull herself back up.
