My speedy mage.

Started a gray elf wizard.

Right off the bat I found a staff of quicksilver in the small cave for a +20 to speed, then I found a ring shop and grabbed two rings of speed for +10 to speed. And now after looting the water cave I found Nature's Companion for another + 15 to speed. Finding that staff has really made the beginning of the game easy.

I just found a spell book of lighting ball, so I am heading to Darkforge to grab some levels. Although, with all this luck I am bound to do something stupid and get my speedy mage killed.

My speedy mage picked up a wand of wishing. Now I can save Khelavaster, without having to try my luck at the pools. I don't like using pools at all.

This has got be one of my luckiest games I have ever played.

Protector regular pickup on the floor D14 or D15
Wand of wishing 5 charges laying on the floor, pyramid
helm of water breathing, pyramid
been given a blessed hatchet of mayhem by Yrrigs
found 2 more axes of mayhem (gnolls) in puppy cave
ring of weakness
potions shop (large one) and altar(s) in puppy cave and village dungeon
1 ordinary ring
herbs


all this before level 20...
This char is a spoilt brat. Currently waiting for the rng to do something, like crash the game.
Now lvl 46 (wished for AKW for 8M xp, slayed a few cats on the way to their lord) and going down CoC.

I don't think I have to worry too much about that. I was pretty much set up before I even went into Darkforge. If I die it will be my fault. I'll probably end up killing myself with a magic-missile.

That's some crazy luck. My wand only had 1 charge. So I go two wishes, one of which I wasted and the other I used for the amulet.
