Paralyzed and drowning

Heinous way to go. Was on my way through the wilderness to the CoC for the first time when I was ambushed by a group of lost souls in the swamplands. Eventually cornered and the only way through was to swim, without the swim skill. Ghul paralyzes me while I'm drowning. I think you can all guess what happened next. While I'm sure this has happened to many people here, it was the first time it's happened to me. Thought it was funny.

I know I've drowned to death, and who hasn't been paralyzed by a ghoul, but I don't believe I've ever drowned as a result of being paralyzed. Well done, sir.

Indeed. All I've managed to achieve with ghul paralysis is chocking on my own vomit (that and being shredded to pieces of course).

I don't think I've ever been audacious enough to swim with a paralysing creature nearby. Well done on earning your PC a Darwin award! :P

What I was hoping would turn into an action movie-worthy escape attempt, ended up being a foolish (yet amusing) death. I think being on the "Coward" tactic upon death was more than appropriate. Well, at least this PC was fairly unique in some way!
