Default I didn't know centipedes to be particular religious...

Hello, this is my first YASD post.

My very promising chaotic gray elf priest was sacrificed on his own altar by... shadow centipede?! D'oh. I just figured out they are undead and thus it is pointless to try and sacrifice them. Dang. Never have had so many nice offensive spells and pv of 17 at level 10.

That's the next reason, after corruption and no potions from druid, not to be chaotic in normal games.

This was submitted as an RFE in the old bug system, and is in my notes file. Undead or not, centipedes shouldn't be able to talk (and therefore sacrifice you).

Ghost bats are able to sacrifice too. Maybe this is true for all undead?

Skeletons can also sacrifice you on neutral altars. I wonder how they manage to scream prayers...

IMHO, they should use Morse code.
