1) How do you see what alignment you are?
2) Are there any other suffixes implented other than 'of precision'?
3) Are there any quests in Terinyo?
4) Are all cave locations the same as in ADOM?

1) alignment is not yet implemented
2) yes, although of precision is the most common one, especially early on
3) yes, to my knowledge there is one
4) no, most ADOM caves are now overgrown ruins

5) Why is there some equipment I can't equip?
4) If you disregard content of caves, and focus purely on location, are they at least very similar?
6) Is it normal to have an Orc Butcher die of mana loss without touching him?

5) Why is there some equipment I can't equip?

This is probably a size effect. Trolls are "large" and can only equip large armor (and medium weapons). Most other races are medium, and cannot equip large or small gear. Hurthlings are small and can only equip small gear.
