Just replace all traps with teleport traps! One of them teleports you into the lake of piranhas, one of them teleports half your body across the level and leaves the other half, one of them teleports you several kilometers into the sky, one of them teleports all your stuff into the Casino shop's inventory, one of them teleports you on top of the chaotic altar in an elemental temple, one of them teleports your weapon into the nearest cat...

I'm not sure how much I should be reading into this...

My thoughts exactly. I'm starting to suspect there is a reason why ADOM community is quite small.
I like my women like my ADOM loot - hunted as treasure and in extra quantity.

That might not be a bad idea, actually. Say, if the danger level is above 35, arrow/spear/pit traps (which are very unlikely to kill a highly-experienced PC), are replaced with death ray traps. To prevent extreme unfairness, the PC could have a chance to dodge or shrug off the ray like with arrows, based on Alertness or Luck, but if it connects without resistance, it's game over.

Or even better, you can add a petrificating sleep trap, so that those two underused effects are "balanced" too

Inventory scattering is a (please don't hate me) pretty cool negative effect that should be available without hacking your savegame. I suggested a scroll with this effect in the item thread some time ago. For a creative player, it could double as improvised uncursing, if you're okay with those items potentially being picked up and equipped by monsters. And if non-cursed, maybe it'd just scatter your worn equipment.

For features like that, there is IVAN.

I think in its current state, inventory scattering is probably too dangerous/buggy for it to be a regular feature, but I like the idea of having it around. Maybe a weaker version (say, 1d50 random non-artifact items are scattered every 20d100 turns) would be nice for one of the new corruptions.
Hoping to win with every class, doomed. Archer, Barbarian, Bard, Beastfighter, Druid, Elementalist, Farmer, Fighter, Monk, and ULE Priest down.

I think you may have reached a point in your ADOM career that you are just too good at this game.

I think he crossed that point, went all the way around to reach it again and then crossed it once more.
ADOM Guides - whatever you wanted to know about playing a certain class, but have been afraid to ask!

Check out my youtube channel to see my ADOM videos, including a completed playthrough of the game. I try to give instructions, so if you want to see some place you haven't been before and get some hints on how to deal with it, this might help! There's also some other games featured there that you might find interesting.
