Suddenly the dwarven mystic is gone. You are crushed by the tons of stuff you
are carrying around. You die...

You must have been carrying a lot of stuff if the axe was all it took to go from Overburdened to Crushed.

I was carrying about 14000 tons I just wanted to take this axe, read bless scroll of identify and drop tons of books and some junk but... I didn't expect that this axe will be the last point

Well, that's kind of missing the point, Stingray He would have been fine with SoA expiring, 'cept for the mystic. That's what makes this death so utterly priceless.
