Include the tactic to transform a beehive into a square?
Using guidebook notations :
o
o o
o o
o
Then
o
- o
- o
o
Gives
k
no
no
k

works.

Please make sense.
ADOM Guides - whatever you wanted to know about playing a certain class, but have been afraid to ask!

Check out my youtube channel to see my ADOM videos, including a completed playthrough of the game. I try to give instructions, so if you want to see some place you haven't been before and get some hints on how to deal with it, this might help! There's also some other games featured there that you might find interesting.

damn.
i'll try again.
The beehive is a loop which is considered unneffective in adomish means. We want to go to a square.

there's a code given there for herbs, and that is the one i'm going to use. It's Malte Helmert's code.
. = empty, no change
o = alive, boring
- = killed by you
n = generated by rules
k = killed by rules

1)
..oo..
.o..o.

.knnk.

You should use code tags, so we can more easily understand.
I think I know what you are talking about, but can't really be
certain of the specifics.

(code) your stuff (/code)

Just change all the parenthisis to brackets.

'(' to '['
"Whip me!" pleads the adom player. The rng replies... "No."

You can use noparse tags to explain the coding more easily.
Your text here
(Quote my post to see how I did that.)
You hit Andor Drakon, the ElDeR cHaOs GoD, and severely wound him.
The greater balor summons some help!
The ratling duelist disarms you. You drop your blessed Trident of the Red Rooster (+36, 6d12+18) [+12, +12]. It flies to the west.
Andor Drakon, the ElDeR cHaOs GoD, picks up the blessed Trident of the Red Rooster (+36, 6d12+18) [+12, +12].
Andor Drakon, the ElDeR cHaOs GoD, wields the blessed Trident of the Red Rooster (+36, 6d12+18) [+12, +12].

Could add that.

0.13.8 Rivers

If monsters try to follow you but their arriving place is covered by water, they will simply disapear.

Chatting with a royal guardian after having picked some gold in his vault makes him hostile.

I'm not sure about that. I've had a death before when I was surrounded by a river upon descent, crossed the river but it was a dead end and a kobold (it was SMC so it was high level) who followed me appeared on the stairs the moment I swam away. (since I couldn't swim, was out of prayers, had no good missile/spell attacks and did a couple of things wrong even after that I died from that)
