This is probably a case of a stone block trap randomly appearing in that room. Like Soirana said, stone block traps are loaded with exactly one rock, so they disappear if they go off. It looks like it might be connected, but keep in mind that in millions of games of ADOM played, coincidences will happen to someone eventually.
