I moved into the room, then equipped amulet of protection from undead and both rings of regen just in case. I allowed all 8 the ghosts to surround me then threw a potion of exchange at the one to the right.
It changed into kobold which I promptly killed with the wand of poison. Then I dipped the wand in PoRC and got wand of trap creation with 5 charges. One of the traps I made on my way to the right side of the room (which was accessible with only 7 ghost kings around) was a teleportation trap. Once I stepped on it, I got teleported to around the middle of the level, just two rooms to the right from the main one. I went back in that direction, sidestepped 2 ghost kings and found... wand of wishing (52) and wand of teleportation (99). Must have been leftovers from Jelly's creation process. I probably don't have to tell you what 52 wishes can do. I ruined the challenge
EDIT: After reading how people completed this, I realized I completely forgot that merchants can throw coins. No wonder, I never play that class.

I find the assortment of wands subtly mocking, considering you're swarmed by undead
Like Blasphemous, I tried chaos roulette for one of my attempts, in hopes of a wand of trap creation or teleportation, or even an offensive one that would let me clear a path, but didn't manage it; and there was too much chance involved in it for it to be the intended solution anyway.
Unequip the ring of ice. Drink the potion of ultra healing. Dip the wand of death in the potion of mana. Cast Invisibility on yourself and pray to summon some solars, then kill them all with the wand. You won't be lawful anymore after that, so just dupe your new deity into turning your moloch armor to dust and leave the level.
Tough one to crack... Drink UH and Mana potions, use wizard class power to recharge trap creation wand, unequip ring of ice. Create traps and detect them. Cast SoA and you can move by disarming traps. Cast invisibility and summon Wyrm. Kill it with MM. If your lucky it will drop a corpse, move to it by creating traps and detecting/disarming them. Eat the corpse from the ground and get mana boost, recast SoA and leave. Not prob. the intended way.
I gave up and holy hell this is how you can move? It's probably good that I gave up then
Even with movement I'm not able to use my only idea on how to get from the level - jumping from door traps (all my configurations result in "there is no room to evade"). I don't think eating wyrm is intended and there is no teleport control. Waiting for Mana or Strength to train is not in 100 turns. Whatever Jelly prepared there is monstrous.

I like my women like my ADOM loot - hunted as treasure and in extra quantity.
Unequip the ring of ice. Use the Wizard class power to give the wand of trap creation 8 charges. Zap the wand to the right, 'a'pply Detect Traps until you find the arrow trap, then 'a'pply Disarm Traps at it. You want to fail so that you'll move over to trigger the trap, even though overburdened! Do that again for the tile where the AoRS is, then enable autopickup and wait a turn in place to obtain it. Drink the PoUH, dip the potion of mana in the amulet, then dip the moloch armor in your newly-generated PoRC and leave.
If the potion of mana was blessed (as in v1 of this trial), another possible solution would be to drink it, unequip your ring of ice, then create an acid trap in the top right corner of the room, and shower on it until the girdle of weight and heavy mace are gone. This would leave you merely very strained and able to leave the level.
