Trial 17 (fixed version)

Took me a lot of attempts, but I managed it.

Unequip the ring of ice. Use the Wizard class power to give the wand of trap creation 8 charges. Zap the wand to the right, 'a'pply Detect Traps until you find the arrow trap, then 'a'pply Disarm Traps at it. You want to fail so that you'll move over to trigger the trap, even though overburdened! Do that again for the tile where the AoRS is, then enable autopickup and wait a turn in place to obtain it. Drink the PoUH, dip the potion of mana in the amulet, then dip the moloch armor in your newly-generated PoRC and leave.

If the potion of mana was blessed (as in v1 of this trial), another possible solution would be to drink it, unequip your ring of ice, then create an acid trap in the top right corner of the room, and shower on it until the girdle of weight and heavy mace are gone. This would leave you merely very strained and able to leave the level.

I was thinking that the solution would involve getting to level 40 for the uncursing class power, but there is just no way to gain that much xp, is there?

I don't think uncursing would help all that much unless you got an St or Ma increase along the way. Even if you can ditch the mace and girdle (easy enough... they'll burn away if you wait long enough without the ring of ice), the moloch armor alone is still enough to prevent you from moving.

I killed the Wyrm with MM and didn't even level up once, so its impossible. Or maybe if the Wyrm is invisible when you kill it. If that would give enough exp to level, then maybe you could gain mana point (train it first by regenerating mana). You get one mana from the potion too. 2 points should be enough for SoA to enable you carry that armor.

I'm wouldn't be surprised if that were the case. GCWs have always seemed to give a disappointingly small amount of experience to me.

I was very surprised it gave so few exp.... someone try it and see for yourself

I tried it. If you use invisibility on the wyrm and have a little luck (due to the random factor), you will get a level up. It didn't increase my Mana though.

Actually if you build a tunnel out of locked doors then pray enough to summon a really large horde of greater daemons, you can let only one of them approach you, then kill enough to switch alignment to NC, pray again until equipment dusting, voila.

Interesting:

Great wyrms seem to give wildly different amounts of xps. This is tested on a character with 130 speed:
Great white, black, and blue wyrms give about 33000 xps.
Great red wyrms give about 100000 xps (they also tend to be slightly faster, which accounts for a small part of the difference, but no more than ~20 percent).
Great karmic wyrms give a paltry 20000 xps. Curiously, an ancient karmic dragon gives about the same amount.

It's possible to level up on greater daemons a bit:

#@+...#
#W+...#
#&&...#
######

And use wand of death + lightning bolt and finally MM to kill daemons.

You can reasonably get to the next level (sometimes possible from killing GKW alone) but not to the one after it.
This setup should also allow you to overflow piety using Darkness, although I haven't tried it.

Edit: tried it and starved to death after 624 prayers. How many does it normally takes?
