    Default First win (Gray Elven Archer, ULE)

    My first win and first ultra ending with same character!

    Started the game with gray elven archer, born at month of Candle, hoping for an easy game so I could at last win the game after years of playing. As you can see, I succeeded better than I first thought as I wasn't planning for ultra ending at the start.

    First I decided to go into Lawenilothehl to make my first kill (Assassin) get pickpocket-skill and kill Hotzenplotz. Killing him and his bodyguards was no problem with archer. After that I went to Terinyo, got the amulet of order from Tywat Pare and decided to take druid quest (imho, herbalism is more useful than healing). Tried to save cute dog, but failed (it died on PC:5), then finished the druid quest. That wasn't a big problem either.

    After getting herbalism I went to small cave, rushed through it without risking my life trying to get waterproof blanket. In around UD:6 I found an orc vault, and in previous level there was a co-alingned altar, so it seemed to be a perfect place to get precrowning by offering the orcs and some other unfortunate inhabitants of the dungeon. Got dwarven pick axe "Hammerhead" as precrowning gift, very nice weapon until I found better, and an unbreakable pick axe for the rest of the game. Also found 2 pairs of seven league boots while raising piety, one pair was nice [+3, +2], which lasted for the rest of the game.

    From UD i get into CoC and dived into dwarftown, get back into big room to kill the monster Thundarr asked me to kill (can't recall which monster it was, but it was some very easy). Then get through dwarven halls (DH:1 had big monster room --> completely peaceful level after killing everyone else) and faced Khelavaster. Identified inventory and no amulet of life saving nor wishes. Decided to come back later with some means of saving him. At that point I also started to think about ultra ending, as I wasn't yet crowned (only precrowned) and my Archer was pretty good. Cleared ogre cave, but left Arena for later, because I didn't had any means to deal with possible cats at that point.

    At that point I decided to clear dwarven graveyard, cleared surface level and trained my pickpocket skill simultaneously, then descended to underground level. Griff and Nonnak were very easy with some undead slaying and humanoid slaying ammunition, respectively. Also got elemental gauntlets and sword of Nonnak.

    Then ascended to pyramid to get the artifacts and climbing set from there. Rehetep was very easy opponent, thanks to undead slaying ammo

    Then into TotHK to gain some experience and to get RotHK. Skeletal king was also easy with wand of cold (for bridge building), ring of mental stability and, of course, undead slaying ammo.

    I then decided to go for pool sipping into darkforge in hope of getting a wish. Steel golems were quite easy with construct slaying ammunition, but due to my limited ammunition, I only killed the 8 first ones. Got and lost some instricts, but can't recall everything. At least I got permanent invisibility for the rest of the game and dooming twice (removed it both times in CoC:1 where I had an altar). Also, with first dooming I went into giant boar hunting, got skull from second one I killed with my long bow of hunting. From one of the last pools, at last: "What do you wish for?". My wish was amulet of life saving, of course.

    Descended back to Khelavaster and saved him. Got the SoCR:s (3 of them were destroyed later , I should have taken better care of them), cleared CoC graveyard with no problem, and dived down to fire wall. On my way back, I cleared water temple, with no problem to my archer with blessed 7lb

    Then to the ToEF, left precious items out and got in, with only blessed ring of ice protecting my equipment. In the top level lured ACW out and killed him with some slaying ammo and retreated. Other inhabitants were no problem, as they don't see invisible (except the chaos servants, which were easy to kill).

    Descended back into CoC, down to the casino (nothing interesting in the shop), and continued to shortcut into darkforge. Got Crown of Chaos this time and at that point I had a plenty of artifacts to sacrifice for ratling, so time for alignment change (from L+ to some chaotic alignment). Changed alignment by grave digging in CoC graveyard. Graveyard was almost full of holes at the time I at least got into CN.

    Then I satisfied demented ratling with 6 artifacts (Crown of science, Moon Sickle, RotHK, ancient mummy wrapping, ankh and black torc). It was almost time for first possible entrance into stone circle, so I get there just after satisfying demented ratling. I was there well before the last hour of darknight, and then I walked around with my 7lb until it was time to enter. Keriax was quite tough opponent, due to his strong confusion. He actually almost managed to kill me, but I saved myself just in time with teleportation, with around 10 HP left. I regenerated and tried again, more carefully this time, I already made him severely injured, so he didn't need much more slaying ammunition to kill. I managed to kill him and get crown of chaos.

    Then I get into HMV to finish Gaab'Baays quests. I already had giant boar skull, wand of monster creation and scroll of danger and PoCC. Only farmer corpse to get, but there was no farmers around HMV, so get into Terinyo and lured one farmer out of there and got corpse. Brough medal and crown of chaos into ogre cave for later use.

    Then it was time to change alignment back to L+. That was very easy, as I was only about level 25 and I had whip of slaughtering. Put on ring of doom, some PV-reducing armors and regeneration items and started whipping with about -10 PV. I got to L+ almost in no time.

    Then crowned myself to Champion, with gold won in casino. Crown gift was Heavy crossbow "Far Slayer". That was a very nice gift from the god, thanks a lot!

    Descended to deeper CoC levels, got ring of the master cat, cleared air and earth temples with no big problems (orb guardians were again killed with slaying ammunition).

    At some level I also found greater giant vault, with some nice artifacts and a lot of experience. There were at least Ironfist, Soaker and Serpent's Bite.

    Continued diving, and I thought I was already bold enough to accept Shadar-Waador's quest and dived into blue dragon caves. Baby and ordinary blue dragons were no problem, as they don't see invisible, first 4 levels were very easy, as I was so fast that I could stay away from lightning bolts of ancient blue dragons. In last level, I zapped wand of monster detection and headed straight to Srraxxarrakex killing ancient blue dragons and greater blue wyrms on my way, and killed him with slaying ammunition.

    Got reward from Shadar-Waador, and decided to kill him also for experience. Dived into mana temple, and stayed outside of the central room, waiting for chaos archmage to come out, and eventually killed him also with slaying ammo.

    At that time, I was about level 43, and needed some more experience, so I went back to BDC and killed dragons until I was level 45, then went to speak for assassin prince.

    As i mentioned in start, my first kill was assassin. I had killed them 4 so far, so no deep dive into ID was needed. Filk was killed with the first slaying missile that hit him, but it took about 20-30 tries to hit him at all (unerring arrows would have been nice, but I had none).

    Then I cleared assassins guild and got courage from old barbarian and Sting from assassin prince, as I already had Needle.

    Emperor moloch was next target. He wasn't either hard, due to his very slow speed. After shooting couple of slaying ammo into him, he got eventually killed. Took the crumpled scroll and brought it to Khelavaster to get TotRR.

    I was already level 49 and decided to make the final descend into CoC. Removed cats in D:48 with potions of exchange and put orbs into their places, then into D:49. Throwing potion of uselessness gave me bracers of war (thanks again, god!), and using far slaying with quarrels slided me over half way trough the level horizontally, so not many quarrels were needed to get to stairs.

    In D:50 there was fire demon room (easy), and after getting the level 50 ability of archer, killing monsters was really sped up! Just shooted quarrels to the left, and listened for various screams, shouts, etc. as the quarrel went though the monsters . Balors were easily killed with demon slaying ammo.

    After clearing the whole level, I put medal and crown of chaos on, drank most of my boosting potions, checked with insight that I had all necessary instricts to deal with Andy, Casted the leftover castings of my strength of atlas and walked in.

    ElDeR cHaOs GoD was no problem at all. Actually he was a lot easier than I thought. About 20-30 slaying quarrels and that was it. He actually didn't even manage to hurt me at all!
