I wouldn't...more damage is all fun and games until you get instakilled by a quickling lord. You're already true berserking so you shouldn't have damage issues anyways.

I guess it doesn't matter because apparently unique enemies have abilities that they don't normally have. Berserkers can have paralyze. Who knew.
