Okay, first of all - thank you for the advices!
Secondly, I've decided to show you screenshots of my Priest, just in case you'll find out something I didnt and eventually help me find a place to grind/boost my gear up.

So that's how does it looks like right now. I've cleared Darkforge (no luck with gear, unfortunately) and High King. Not using the High King ring now, tho, cause I think its better to have invisibility and teleport control right now (the only Blink Dog I've met was friendly and I just couldnt kill it without feeling bad afterwards :P)

By the way.. is it me or invisibility simply doesnt help at all in Animated Forrest?

Do you think I am ready to try library? I do have some decent spells but I dont mind getting more or better ones
How does that teaching guy works in a Dwarftown? I've paid him like 100.000 gold for strength but it doesnt seems like growing at all... Same for the other stats. And I'm pretty sure I've been careful enough not to get my stats drained by some random bastard.
Oh, and I've been crowned with armor... I guess it's not the best reward for a Priest. I'm still curious if Wrapping wouldnt be a better choice..

Once again - thanks for the tips!

    EDIT:
Should I try and kill that dwarf in the Darkforge? I am Lawfull and he seems like a bad guy. Do I stand a chance? And is it worth it?

Been doing some grave digging at the Griffyard, too. Killed 4 Master Liches and an Emperor Lich without any difficulties AND WITHOUT ANY LOOT worth mentioning, too.

    EDIT 2:
I hope that friendly Cat Lord is not necessary for completing the game... I've killed some cats in a corridors and... well.. I just did not care about them afterwards. I guess I have like a tone of dead cats in my deadlist right now...

Check out the Frost Queen's Domain (and what follows) - that's a great place for some exp, loot, and especially strength gains.

I'll do that right now, thanks!
Would be great to finish the game for the first time

I just took two screenshots - one showing stats after drinking some spare potions, second one showing my resistances.

In future I probably would avoid picking +1 Toughness talent. There are *ahem* easy ways to raise toughness mid game. I used to take Healthy as well, but I guess it's not that effective talent according to some people. Quick talent tree is one of my favorite one.

Dwarf in the dark forge can be tough opponent. No real reason to kill him. Try reading graveyard stones before digging, some graves are more profitable than others.

Cat Lord is optional. You just miss reward he gives you and he is very tough opponent to fight if you anger him. But sometimes it's just impossible to avoid cats and you have to face him.

Invisibility helps a lot in the animated forest. Makes things a lot safer and less tedious. Don't wear the ring of invisibility permanently however, it greatly increases the rate in which you get hungry. Same thing goes for cloak of invisibility. Wear invis items only when you need them. Animated forest eg, or ice queen domain You can also use the invis ring to sneak through dwarven halls, though I always make sure I have a source of (controlled) teleport at hand in case I run into something too powerful.

I have no clue about easier ways to raise anything, honestly :P
I know that you can spam bushes but I've never really been into farming.

Dwarf is... well... Let's say that I'll... umm.. "let him live for now"
Too bad my shortcut from Casino to the surface got a little bit complicated.. Oh well.

Is he tough? Have not met him yet but I heard that he brutally put some mighty PC's to eternal sleep...
And I guess I wont be able to run from him since he is one of the fastest monsters in ADOM...

Well, I went through Dwarven Halls instead and - surprisingly - I am still alive. Ran as hell from Karmic Dragon, tho... I guess he's still roaming somewhere around there.
I must say that invisibility saved my sorry a** over there, huh?

Ridiculous... I have no clue how to get past those bastards...

Just cleared ToEF and Water Temple, too...
Gotta try again IQD, I guess... Last time I went there I managed to barely survive cause of cold.

The ancient mummy wrapping gives immunity to cold. As for getting around troublesome spots, dig! Digging is good for lots of things.

Also regarding IQD: avoid fighting if possible (invis is great). Also be careful about autopickup.

My best suggestion is to get far away down the hall and relentlessly bounce wand of far slaying on those bastards
