What is the long bar in the endlessly scrolling buffer view?

When playing with the endlessly scrolling buffer view (press Ctrl+n m twice to get it), you can see your race+class, your level, your alignment, DV/PV, HP and PP, and then there is a series of dashes with a percentage, and I cannot figure out what those are. In my current game it looks like this:

MiWi/11 N+ DV/PV: 9/9   H: 35/35     P: 120/120    -------------S-%2 I1

Can anyone enlighten me as to what those dashes (and the S at the near-end) mean?

Its a way to display character status effects such as weight and satiation. Not sure why its done this way, it is a bit awkward to get used to.

Thanks Couchfighter (I realized the % is actually the symbol for Beserker; a question mark (?) is used for Coward).
