    Default Sykstus, human monk, closed the gate.

    This is my 7th win so far, and first one with character of human race.

    Monk is a great class, with a decent skillset and a few possible playing styles. With this one, I decided to fight armed because I managed to get the most powerful offensive weapon combo - Vanquisher in hand and RCT in missle slot.

    The only problem in case of monk is to survive early game, and humans here are very item dependent.

    From crowning I got acid immunity (bad one) and Crown of havlor (nice one).

    The most stressing, as well as the most turning point of the game was Haggar Caves, level 5 - greater vault of red dragons. The red Wyrm took me down to 2 hp and I got to pray (it's the second similiar story - now I'll remember, never attend Great Red Wyrm in melee!). Shortly after that I sacrificed it on the altar, which was generated on the level (made things easier in case of emergency). The price for clearing the vault was Vanquisher - the best melee weapon in ADOM.

    Another fault of mine was in MT, that I always consider the most difficult obligatory to visit place in the game. I entered one tile into the main chamber and somehow Ancient Red Dragons occurred and surrounded me. I had to use Water Orb, and luckily I managed to kill one ARD blocking me a way to a corridor. After safe retreat it was easy - the Archmage followed me, and was batted with Vanquisher (died after 3 blows as I recall).

    For potion of uselessness I got Purifier - nice gift, but I decided to use Vanq, becuase of much better marks.

    D:50 was the easiest of mine ever. Made two tunnels, exterminated lever guards and Ghost Kings going through the walls, and then executed Wand of Destruction ending. The wand took me much health, and when I teleported to the stairs up, there was a balor there that hit me - luckily, with around 150 hp I went up. There was no need for Unicorn, corruptions were not an issue this time.
