Paragon of Order questions

I don't think it will matter much to fill in an RTF for this as the only feasible way you could do a paragon ultra would be if you started chaotic (in order to feed the demented ratling)... it wouldn't make much sense lore-wise why a dark elf assassin could become an ultra paragon but a dwarf paladin couldn't. I'm actually outlining an idea for how to potentially make an ultra paragon quest - hopefully TB will see and implement something along those lines down the line.
