Cornucopia or Horn of Plenty?

Which do you think is better? I have gotten the Cornucopia more often but, even a sporadic source of vials of water is a very tempting prize. Yes, I agree, it all depends. But, that is why I am starting this conversation - it depends.

I prefer Cornucopia because of high mana boost and how it directly eliminates the hunger problem without need to actually spent time on eating. Still, the Horn seems to be more versatile (herb bush for herbalists, raw meet for angry cats, seeds for gardeners, water for pious, random corpse for pious Hurthlings, food rations for beasts of burden all help in certain situations).
