I remember reading that you can be killed
by an exploding frog. I must remember to
do that one day, just for the novelty of it.

...What?! How do you make a frog explode?

Theoretically, you should be able to see
all of the 'death messages', by simply loading
the executable into a text editor.

Hardly as fun as a community effort though.

You can also by killed by mis-aligned armor.

Death by drinking a potion of oil yields the message
'was killed by drinking lamp oil.'

Yuck... I'm trying to think of other potions that might cause damage, or scrolls for that matter. Would be nice if we could get this to 100

Unaligned armour brings to mind that you can get killed by charged armour.

And that's reminded me of two more - committing a chaotic act whilst wearing the platinum girdle and killing a cat whilst wearing the ring of the master cat. The former squeezes you to death and the latter explodes.

I'm trying to remember all the different spells that give their own messages too... Magic missiles is another I just remembered.

If you die in air temple due to that random shock dmg, do you get a different message, maybe?
