Reminds me of D:49. Getting frozen by that coldness?

EDIT: And that reminds me of drakelings and their unique way to die (system overheating).

You hit Andor Drakon, the ElDeR cHaOs GoD, and severely wound him.
The greater balor summons some help!
The ratling duelist disarms you. You drop your blessed Trident of the Red Rooster (+36, 6d12+18) [+12, +12]. It flies to the west.

Did a search about damage on the cold level - the message is apparently "died of pneumonia"! Never had any damage there myself - I guess it's due to lack of cold resistance.

Added some more there, including a couple of spells you can kill yourself with (improved fireball and earthquake).

I seem to remember one other amusing death... if you're doomed and another monster crushes an altar the god tries to bolt it to death, but will miss and hit you instead. You get some message like "SORRY, MISSED!" Anyone ever had that?

Does your question mean "Does anybody know if that produces a different death message"? Well, it does. Add that to the list. And you don't seem to have noticed an edit in my previous post <_<

I think that I found yet another way (or two) to die. I'll test before mentioning them here. We could possibly reach 100, but there's not much more left.

One of those methods was tested.

    Test succeeded.

    Subject died.

    But hey, the test succeeded!

    Anyway.

You dip the scroll of chaos resistance into the good potion of raw chaos. Both
the potion and the scroll are consumed by a huge explosion! You are
engulfed by the roaring flames! You die...

Nina, the gray elven wizard, was ripped apart when confronting Order and
    Chaos.

This is 90th, right? There's 91st too, but I need help testing it. Where's Grey when you need him?
