Shop prices

Isn't Charisma supposed to alter shop prices in favour of the PC for males?

My male drakeling wizard's helm of leadership {Ch+6} didn't have the slightest effect on prices in Waldenbrook's shop.

Maybe the price is already too low? If the price is already at its bottom the shopkeeper may not reduce it further...

That's what it sounds like to me. I used to really love the haggle skill and would haggle down to the lowest price possible. There is a bottom that you just can't get past.

I haven't haggled and my natural Charisma is 14. Therefore I don't think the prices are at the lowest possible level.

My guess is that it becomes harder to lower the price with the increase in levels like ball spells and will power.
