    Default screwed things up

    hey,

    just made a little bit of a silly mistake....i somehow managed to hit the arena master....this has obvuiously made him hostile and resulted in me not being able to enter the area....

    is there anyway i can resolve this situation without killing the area master, i.e to passify him so that he will let me fight in the arena?

    If not, is there anything to gain from killing him? there is a rattling that asks you to stop the fights....what does one get for killing the arena master and therefore stopping the fights?

    If i have to kill him, can i still do all the dwarf leaders quests?He sets you the challenge of becoming the arena champion....but ifs thats not possible what happens?can i just not complete that quest and so cannot do all the quests he sets?

    AFAIK there's no way to calm him. Or maybe Calm Monster would help.

    If you cannot become the champion, you can't complete the other quests. Sorry.

    You can still complete the dwarven graveyard quest, which is all you really need to be honest. The worst part of it is you can't get the Tactics skill from Bart.

    think i might just quit....its not just the loss of the quests and the tactics skill.....i was working on stealth so that when i got the back stabbing skill (and invisiblity) i would nearly be unstoppable....LOL

    Not gonna happen now....oh well....

    just as a point of interest....is there any other way of getting the back stabbing skill?or tactics for that matter?

    It's possible to wish for skills. (Except healing and alertness.)

    Now just find a couple of wishes ;)

    What is it with people killing Dak all the time these days? This is the third time I've heard about it happen during the last couple of months...
    ADOM Guides - whatever you wanted to know about playing a certain class, but have been afraid to ask!

I try to give instructions, so if you want to see some place you haven't been before and get some hints on how to deal with it, this might help!     Considering he's one of only a few NPCs who never move ever, its pretty careless.... An occasional mistake for me is playing a wizard or mindcrafter and pissing him off severely from inside the arena.... stupid willpower stat.
