I can attest to that "glare in strange manner" crash. Twice, as a farmer, my dog decided to fight in a blind rage, and glared at itself in a strange manner.

That's when I decided I'm leaving my dog in Terinyo whenever I play a farmer. Maybe the tiny girl will grow fond of it when the cute dog ends up dead.

I think it's funny when I'm wearing artifact armor and I get a message that a monster just punched through it.

I think the funniest is when you have a tension room generated with a trap full room at the same time. The message are hilarious...
save when you've just kicken the door, which exploded, leaving you only some hp, and a monster kills you by setting a FB trap...

Wrong! The pile of ashes left by Greater Water Elementals are
the remains of their supercool Camouflage Bandanas.

Not necessarily. Look at the message more precisely. The elemental used to be made from water, but the spell transformed him into ashes. Yeah, it's a little known fact that BH actually transforms and not burns creatures, but hey, that can go into "minor and undocumented".

I thought this was particularly hilarious. Playing as an orc merchant,
I went into the village dungeon for healing, and after picking a few
pockets and raising pick pockets a bit, and beating back some
enemies, I encounter a room.

"A mouth on the wall says 'Merchants are really well-spoken thieves'."

I just had a turn with two messages that, together, made me chuckle. This was just a couple of turns after having levelled up and seen both my St and To raised on the level up:

"You open the door. You feel studious."

Almost the same I got once:

"You hurt you foot kicking the wall! You feel studious."

He did learn that kicking the walls could hurt?

As opposed to realizing I don't like raw meat very much, which I seem to forget no matter how many times I realize it.
