Wishing is about all you can do. If you're slowed and fighting an invisible one, an ancient karmic wyrm is worth ~6-8 million experience. So you'd need, I think 4-5? to hit level 45. Emperor moloch is probably more experience efficient in the short term, but diminishing returns kick in faster.
You can kill Sharad-Waador for 6-8 million. I think the Casino shopkeeper, if you can get him with slow/invis, is worth 2-3 million. Chaos archmage is worth a bundle, and is always invis. Uh... not sure I'd suggest slowing yourself against him. The ubergrues on D:48 are probably worth 1 million or so total with slow/invis. [edit]Forgot mommy dragon. Couple million more there. So I'd guess you probably can get maybe ~12 [edit: probably 16ish including mommy dragon] million experience if you haven't done any of those things yet.
Some people like to dive the infinite dungeon in such situations. Around I:50 or so, you can find nice big tension rooms of greater molochs, greater titans, emperor liches, great wyrms, or other XP rich monsters. This is a very corruption-intensive strategy though. If you aren't crowned yet, you could also just do an OCG ending instead.
Any time a player finds Executor and fails to use it, the RNG kills a cute dog.
Hoping to win with every class, doomed. Archer, Barbarian, Bard, Beastfighter, Druid, Elementalist, Farmer, Monk, and ULE Priest down.
