The problem's called topler, and it's an account posting 6300 topics with links to sex sites. Well I didn't try the links out, they might lead to virus downloads just as well.

Someone with Thomas' phone number or something please call him, with 2700 topics a day the site won't probably last too long and who knows whatever other damage those links might do.
This site should get some better protection too, I think. In fact it should have that already imo.

Well, the site which is linked is reported as being malicious. That does cause problems in germany?

Let's all start reporting the spambots for abuse.
Maybe the forum has some sort of auto-kick-out
feature for users who get reported by enough
posters.

In all seriousness, malicious virus linked or not the pornographic content alone needs removing due to German law ASAP. German courts generally expect forum owners to be able to react to these kinds of posts without delay - the longer the content remains the higher is the chance Thomas will face serious consequences for it. If you can reach him by phone I think at this point it's justified to give him a creepy internet people call.

Wow, that's really an absurd law... so creating a forum and forgetting about it/getting ill/not being very technically savvy and not managing to delete all the spam/being busy is a crime. Go figure.
