God curing sickness

I never had this happen before. But today my assassin was sick and i was near an altar... upon reaching the "inner strength lifting your spirits" message I prayed to my god for some healing since i had only 18 hp left, but instead i got the message "You suddenly feel very well" and got rid of my sickness with no HP healed.

This is a first to me, I always thought that the god healed sickness only when HP was full.

you should just keep succ and sickness will be removed wiyhout pray. this happend to my characters n times, dunna how excatly does it work, probably has to do somethin with a piety or somethin..

Once you get to spiritually invincible, your god will heal sickness (and other things) when you sacrifice.
