Orc Healer Negative score :s

The only reason i post this is that i've never seen a negative score before....
My poor healer got drained to STR 1 by a shadow and then became a shadow himself.
Tha game stated to have achieved the score of 0 and then in parenthesis the actual score -> -873 :s
After that the character wasn't inserted in the high scores because a score >0 is required !

ouch thats got to suck. I honestly can't remember the last time a shadow has hit a char of mine, let alone drained any str.

I've had negative score characters happen when I'm trying out praying and piety things, as well as barbarians going berserk on rynt ;)

Corruption also reduces score so you can easily go a few thousand below 0 if you encounter an early game chaos jelly.

I had 8 level dark elf ranger who died to stone block and ended up with negative score of 500-1500 or something.

I don't remember if I had corruptions tho.

As soon as you start your game, continously pray until your deity obliterates you. Then you will have a negative score, and a fairly amusing death too.

Alternatively if you find a corruption trap, you can stand on it and hold down Ctrl-T. I get -5400 something score this way(don't remember the exact numbers since it wasn't recorded)

Just drain your stats to 1, get extremely corrupted, and your god to hate you

You can get a negative score in the gazillions if you
get the "merchant's guild to owe him money" line
in your achievements line. I did that accidentally
once with a speedrun wizzy : (
