Beastfighter Litteracy

Just generated a gnomish beastfigther with 16 learning, but he is illiterate O_o. I remember somewhere that starting with 13+ (or was it a diff number) gave the PC litteracy skill...

Beasties and barbarians are always illiterate except for high/gray elven ones...

real number is 10+ (for classes that have not litteracy in their childhood =))

You do need 13+ to spell it "literacy" instead of litteracy, though.
