First let me say that I love Tactics and the fact that you can adjust whether you want to fight offensively or defensively. I'm very glad to see this make a return in ADOM II.
When I was playing around with my fighter last night, I noticed that I could usually change my tactics to Aggressive without incurring any penalties to DV. Once I increased my Tactics skill to +7 or so, I was able to change my tactics to Very Aggressive without any penalty. This seems a bit unbalancing, as you are basically getting a huge bonus to +hit and +pen without any tradeoff. I would recommend that the penalties have a limit on how far they can be reduced. Maybe Aggressive always has at least a -1 penalty to DV, Very Aggressive always has at least a -2 penalty, and Berserk always has at least -4. The Tactics skill already increases the bonus you receive for fighting in different stances, so I still think it would be valuable to train.
