I've been playing this game since the old gamma days and yet to get a winner. I'm in the middle of the best run I've had and I need a bit of advice on how to proceed, should I:
-try the maze
-go go to the library
-or just keep diving for d:50?

Any other comments you guys have would be helpful too.

Since I'm here, I'll put in my two cents. Be warned, I do not consider myself an expert player by any means. On with the analysis.

The greatest value of the library, in my opinion, is the corruption removal from the Mad Minstrel. However, to bring him the weird tome will require Climbing and Stealth, both at 100. I see you're a member of the thieve's guild, so you could train those skills with Yergius. You already have four scrolls of corruption removal, and a potential potion for that Master Summoner corpse (what sort of seasoning did you use?). You are past day 90, and thus face increased background corruption. I still think you could do without the rewards of the library. You aren't in dire need of SoCR, and you won't gain much benefit from the spellbooks as a Farmer.

The Minotaur Maze would be great for your stats. I contend it is absolutely worth it. However, I am some kind of masochist because I do the Minotaur Maze all the time, most recently with a Merchant of all things. The Maze can be extremely frustrating. For example, with that Merchant, I made it to the bottom of the Maze, and my quarrels of humanoid slaying got rusted by a water trap. I left the maze, dove the ID for oil of rust removal, fixed the quarrels and then went back. I ended up spending a lot of time because of something quite silly. That character took over 200 days to finish! My advice is to attempt the Maze, *only* if you have the patience for it. The frustration of the Maze can easily facilitate stupid mistakes, like Berserking the Minotaur Emperor when you finally find him. Do not engage the Emperor in melee, and be very careful with the minotaur mages. They confuse and drain stats, a nasty combination. They can be stunned, paralyzed or webbed.

"Just keep diving" is not a bad idea, since you are over day 90. Use those moss of mareilon! You could probably get your Dexterity over 20 with what you have now, which would put it near 40 with that sweet ring you have. Congratulations, by the way; I have never received the Ring of the Master Cat. I see you have a nice phase dagger for the Earth Temple, and some skill with it. Training your Dex up would mean fewer hits in the Earth Temple, which features very damaging monsters. Don't forget death ray resistance in the Mana Temple; you'll feel foolish if you do (at least I did). Wearing the mummy wrapping and an amulet of death ray resistance is worthwhile in my opinion, because death rays still cause ~250 damage with a single resistance, reduced to ~100 with two sources.

In all honesty I've only been able to clear the tower twice before so this part of the game is quite new to me. I have no clue what kind of stats/levels I need to be able to handle the endgame, any suggestions?

It might be worthwhile to switch to training your phase daggers, since your eternium spear is a pretty horrible weapon for what is to come. With farmers' doubled carrying capacity it's also easy to carry Big Punch with you, but probably too late for that. Nuurag-Vaarn might be quite difficult, since you don't have any slayers, but you can use cursed potions of invisibility to help out a little. You also don't have seem to have confusion resistance (unless bracers of resistance also gave that...). The balors similarly are not very nice to melee in my opinion, especially the head balor who can corrupt you pretty fast. But since you have a lot of normal arrows, potential for good dexterity and seven league boots, maybe you can just run around and shoot them with poisoned arrows or something. If Nuurag can be poisoned, then maybe same tactic can be used against him. Stand in the other end of a hallway, shoot poisoned arrows at him while he's hurling energy streams your way. Probably takes an eternity if he even dies like that, but in melee range you'd probably spend most of your time bonking into walls.

Tough times ahead in any case! Otherwise your character certainly looks like capable of closing the gate.

In case you haven't taken a look at the Casino yet, maybe you should. You can usually find many slayers and other good items there. Robbing the place is also quite easy (in pre5 anyway) and you don't ever have to go back there again.

I'm in pre16 and the somehow casino did not net me any slaying weapons or ammo.

Acid spit is responsable for all my boss kills so far, I have been working on my dagger skill but I still tend to use the spear for the DV and spit like a coward...

Worth mentioning that I found that spear in the small cave 2 steps from the stairs.

As for the confusion I was going to equip the water orb and boost my willpower to avoid it.

I suggest you train daggers, your pole-arms have had enough training. You can always switch back to the spear in fights you need the extra DV. Also shoot more arrows, you want the slayers to connect in the endgame.

You don't need to do the maze or library.

Corruption won't be a major issue if you don't spend thousands of turns cooking/making iron rations in the deep CoC. Food is plentiful at Food Preservation 100 and a farmer already doesn't need to eat much.

P.S. Why haven't you crowned?

My advice would be to put on some other gear if this is your standard set: I'd definitely put on the other helm, the red dragon armor and the girdle of strength.

Have you done darkforge yet? With the scythe of corruption you should be able to clear it, and it's a shortcut to get back anyway. There's a good chance for spicy weapons there.

Darkforge was got me the pair of phase daggers and a spare eternium spear, I have NEVER seen armor worth wearing in darkforge. I drained all the pools for a wish, got none but a goblin on the level above dropped a wand of wishing (only 2 charges)...

Moon Sickle is not a weapon I want to use, it's a just in case type thing.

The reason I'm still in the blue scale is I just did the air temple (also forgot to leave the bow behind and lost it). The helm was just me forgetting to swap back after a river...

Skip the Library, definitely skip the Maze. Keep your eyes on the prize.

Be sure to save Blup at some point. You're hurting for a good weapon, and RCT will be good for you. Nothing good in the Casino? Even Big Punch would probably be a worthwhile improvement over what you have... you're going to have trouble in Earth/Mana with such a terrible weapon unless you have a truckload of slaying ammo stocked up.

He made a little water dragon very happy.

I just got REALLY lucky, Vanquisher dropped in a lesser red dragon vault on d:41. It really sucks to lose the DV of the shield/spear but it's a heck of a weapon.

I never thought the drakeling heat issue would come up again but that vault doing it.

Big Punch is still sitting in the ogre cave along with some emergency equipment and supplies (I need to find a deeper place to store stuff...)

My crowning gave me =Fire and whirlwind, meh.

edit: turns out those dragons really wrecked my red scale, it's now (-1,-4) [-1,+7] and I need to go get a spare, good thing that wish got me 3 suits

edit2: wow, got Celestrix from a power-surge on d:42, is artifact generation always this high in the deeper CoC?

Dang, I just wanted to warn you about Celestrix. Wearing it dooms you, meaning monsters will crit much more often, among others. I'm afraid that might have been why you died, although great wyrms are pretty dangerous to begin with. The girdle can be a good thing to wear in the early game, if you don't have any good other PV items yet. But later on, the difference between (say) 40 and 50 PV is not worth being doomed.
