Platinum Girdle

I have a few questions:
1) With the new changes, how many people have successfully gotten it? It didn't seem too terribly hard (although I was playing the easiest race+class combo for it).
2) As I was playing a Mindcrafter could I have incited the Black Unicorn into attacking me using long distance out of LOS confusion blast (without being squeezed to death of course)?
3) Why is there no mention of such a feat in the highscore list itself! He didn't even go onto fame because he was so corrupted!

Also I really just want to brag about getting it :)

I remember at least 3 individuals that got it, me being first.

Maybe scroll of monster aggravation or armour of hate?

It should be listed in your character log?

Shooting past it and "accidentally" hitting it still works. I think _Ln_ did some tests on things that do / don't work.

Yeah well, that is cheating and it doesn't count if you got it through cheating.

Oh. I got the girdle without trying for it specifically. Was doing another challenge actually. :)

You only get hostile blink dogs in tension rooms when you run for the girdle...

With enough potions of exchange, you can dip corpses until you get a blinkie...

I got it with a duelist. It was more tedious than difficult. Waiting for a blink dog corpse to appear was less than fun.

Well, a blink dog corpse is not a requirement for the girdle. So, not sure what you guys are on about.

I suppose they just want teleport control. Also does it count as chaotic act if you order your pet to kill a blink dog?

Of course blink dog corpse is not necessary but it's very useful.
Are you so blind Stingray to not realize the tremendous benefits of having intrinsic teleportation control versus that from a ring or amulet?
Sure it's not mandatory for the game but in all cases it is very useful.

It is convenient yes, but not so much so that I would grind for it. There isn't that many useful amulets, maybe NotEye.
