Dipping potions - how many can you dip?

Was anything changed about how many potions you can dip? I swear I used to dip stacks of 9 potions, but now I can only dip 4?!?

Dipping accepts stacks under 20s [except missiles] weight -- so 9x2stone pots or 4 x4stone ones. My sincere guess is the only thing which changed is type of potions you dip.

Ah, I bet I dipped the 4s potions! i hadn't realised some were 4s!

Also, fairly sure on this (someone correct me if I'm wrong), but you can only bless one Potion of Gain Attributes at a time. Even though they have 4s weight.
