need help regarding lithium run

Hello laymen and gentleladies.
I am trying to complete a lithium run for the 1st time ever and have been pretty successful until now but now i dont know what to do.
i have taken my best race class combo- drakeling barbarian and done barbariany things uptil now....got crowned with grod which is the best crowning gift for this challenge since it is acw slayer and grants fire immunity to a drakeling.
however i have just reached the dwarven block at the stairs and returned to dwarftown.
ofc as per the rules of the challenge i cant goto graveyard....
so, what do i do now.
how do i get rid of thundy (ive finished his quests)
can i do the toef?
Pros- 28 st, 240 hp, grod, drakeling speed in toef, mighty blow, good piety, Ring of ice, helm of tp with tp control
Cons- no fireproof blanket, no healing potions, constant drakeling damage in toef, no tremendous blow, 2 invis potions, no wand of tp.

also more info..i am lvl 15,i have lvl 8ish on my 2 handed weapon and i have 11/19 dv/pv while berserking

i know confusion is one way to get at the lever to access the lower lvls of CoC another means is to use the demon from the last quest but as you have already finished that its not an option. i think you can tele him but hes resistant so its difficult and i think it aggros at least waldy if not other residents. (this is all iirc so please input any corrections as needed)

thats the problem..i have fed a lot of sis to waldenbrook and i think he can kil me in 1 shot..i think its better i go do acw he will be a piece of cake!! and then i can come back and kill thundy and go downstairs for ever!

now im really in unchartered territory cause im stil lvl 17....
i best play this slowly and explore every dungeon lvl..i need atleast 1 scroll of tp for the eternal guardian..
had to use 4 prayers but piety was restored to favors greatly...got mana battery and misty eye corruptions (ouch!) from eating corpse and removed them immediately
removed cursed status from saccing at an altar
finished playing for 2day standing 2 steps away from the SFB

You should be fine. Once you get to Casino lithium gets a lot easier.

Alarm traps may help with EG if you can't find teleport.

Just this week I lost a very promising lithium runner. Everything went fine untill the air temple, where further progress was blocked by a big threat room full of titans... definitely too hard for her to handle and teleport prohibition made it impossible to just skip them, so I tried to return to the casino and finally rob it (hoped to fined a co-alligned altar first), but on the way back up I stupidly ran into a stone ooze... so definitely keep the concentration up, divij! Go, go, go, go, gooooo :-)

I'll give this challenge a shot too with a chaos knight (yeah, he'll end up to be a stupid follower in the end but gotta start somewhere. And hey, it still counts as a win, no? :P).

thanks for all the advice...i really encountered a stone ooze on the level below the water temple while clearing a berserker vault!! luckily i am very sensitive to the threat of paralysis so i took utmost caution killing it from a distance..other than that the only problem i encountered was getting doomed from poolsipping (i usually sont do pool sipping this far into the game but i am devastatingly underlvld and underfarmed so..) but i had an altar a couple of lvls away!
also i lost my helm of tp to an acid vortex generated when i was doomed :(
i stood next to the eternal guardian and read my scroll of identify to find out i had no way of controlled tp..no scroll no wand no trap creation..so i cursed my potion of invis and blinded him with it while standing melle....
1st move he didnt do nething, wait, 2nd he hit me!!, wait, 3rd he staggered around aimlessly (bingo!!!!), move to stairs, 4th he hit me to 50 hp, descend (phew!)
now im in a dark room and badly injured but alive

zzzz..im sad to say our darkish barbarian is dead....died to and ancient karmic wyrm who brought it down to exactly 0 hp..i was going to avoid it ofc since it was neutral to me but a fucking death ooze hit him and he killed it and turned hostile on me..i brougth it down to critical hp when it confused me with my 12 will power due to corruptions and killed me....i should have prayed i know but i thout it could kill it, silly me.
the casino was the worst loot i ever generated...the best thing i got from there was an eternium headgear...no 7lb no scroll or wands of tp, no aofa, amulet/helm/ring of rapid healing nothing!!!
the total purchase i made from there was 700000
the catlord level was good...easy stairs unobstructed by the catlord
so sad...im a miser at using prayers and that cost me my life..neways back to the drawing board
